What this service is

khyber FM is an independent directory and listening interface for publicly offered radio streams, plus curated playlists played via official third-party embeds. It is provided as-is, in demonstration phase, without charge.

Content ownership

• Radio streams, station names and broadcast content remain the property of the respective broadcasters. khyber FM claims no rights over them and hosts none of them.
• Channel playlists are curated by independent creators and played through YouTube's official player; their terms apply during playback.
• Podcast directory data is indexed from the public iTunes Search API; shows belong to their publishers.
• Site design, brand assets and editorial text are © 2026 khyber FM.

Acceptable use

Use the service for personal listening. Don't attempt to overload the directory, scrape at disruptive volume, or present the site as your own product. Stations may request listing changes or removal — see the opportunity page for the contact path; requests are honoured in the next build.

No warranties

Streams are operated by third parties and may stop, change or geo-restrict at any time. The demonstration is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the site is professional advice; proposed prices and plans are labelled as proposals and are not offers.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, khyber FM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including unavailability of third-party streams.

Relationship to broadcasters

khyber FM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agent for any station listed. Any commercial arrangement with a broadcaster is documented separately before it exists.
